Appointment of the Audit Committee and Scheduled Confirmation Hearing

[Kigali, Rwanda- February 19, 2025] In accordance with Article 29 of the Liberian Community in Rwanda (LIBCOR) Statute, the National Administrative Council (NAC) is pleased to announce the
appointment of the Audit Committee by Chairman Emmanuel Patrick. This committee will play a pivotal role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and the proper auditing of the Community's financial activities.

The following individuals have been appointed to serve on the Audit Committee:
● Mr. Yardenii C Williams – Chairperson
● Mr. Sensee Fuah Nyei – Vice Chairperson
● Mr. Richma Outland – Secretary General
● Mr. Levi D. Darame – Member
● Mr. Dekegai Gawolo Nuway – Member
● Mr. Marcus W. Sayetor – Member
● Ms. Abigail Paygar - Member

To fulfill procedural requirements and in the spirit of open governance, the National Executive Committee has scheduled a confirmation hearing for the Audit Committee. The hearing will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025 via Google Meet at 8:00pm.

The confirmation hearing will provide an opportunity to assess the appointees' qualifications and commitment to their responsibilities. The National Administrative Council remains committed to fostering
integrity and transparency within the Community and looks forward to the successful confirmation of the Audit Committee.
